Police Union Objects to Defense Attorney’s Pin
Ed. Note: Steve Grammas (above) of the Las Vegas Police Protective Association wrote this letter to Chief Judge David Barker of the Regional Justice Center on behalf of his members after a defense attorney showed up in court wearing a Black Lives Matter pin. Steve made the argument that the pin is a sort of public protest, which should be displayed in a public forum, not the halls of justice.
