The LVPPA wishes everyone a spooky, safe and happy Halloween! Trick-or-treaters, please be sure to use crosswalks, wear reflective costumes, use flashlights, pay attention to your surroundings and stay with your group! Drivers, please keep your eyes on the road and drive cautiously in residential areas. Lastly, parents/guardians, supervise your children and carefully check their candy for any suspicious items.
