The men and women of the LVPPA express their condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Deputy Sheriff Curtis Allen Bartlett of the Carrol County (Virginia) Sheriff’s Office, who was killed in a vehicle crash last night while assisting other officers in a pursuit. Deputy Bartlett was a U.S. Army veteran and K-9 handler, and had served the Carrol County Sheriff’s Office for 3 1/2 years.
