A 10-year veteran detective of the North Las Vegas Police Department died Saturday morning, one day after he was hit by a wrong-way driver.
Detective Chad Parque, 32, was a husband, father and detective.
“It’s with a heavy heart,” said NLVPD Chief Alex Perez. “We’re coming together as a family as we always do to support each other during these tough times.”
