National Night Out unites kids, law enforcement

SAGINAW TOWNSHIP, MI — Shannon Bond brought her four children to National Night Out so that she could sign them up for soccer, but she ended up staying so her children could see the positive side of law enforcement.

“I want to show them that there are decent police officers in the community,” Bond said.
