“Today we received an order by the Nevada Supreme Court finding that a critical labor shortage exists within the Marshal’s Division of the 8th JD. This will open the door to PERS retirees with Nevada law enforcement background, training and experience to come work in the 8th and not suffer a reduction in their retirement benefits.
