Community and elected officials plan to mark the sad anniversary of the slaying of two Metro Police officers and a Wal-Mart shopper by dedicating trees at a police substation where the officers worked.
Officers Alyn Beck and Igor Soldo were killed at a pizza shop last June 8 by a husband-and-wife team of anti-government extremists.
